Service by Private Mailbox Only Available When No Other Address Discoverable Through Public Records

In Beckley v. Best Restorations, Inc. (4D09-249), the Fourth District held that service by private mailbox pursuant to section 48.031(6), Florida Statutes (2008) "is limited to those instances where the only address discoverable through the public records to effect service is a private mailbox maintained by the party to be served."
