Fourth District Enters New Administrative Order Regarding E-Mailing Filings

The Fourth District recently issued Administrative Order 2011-01, titled "In re: E-mailing Filings to the Fourth District Court of Appeal." The Order is effective October 1, 2011. All briefs (and appendix if applicable) are required to be submitted in .pdf or Microsoft Word format to the court. The court also references the fact that they may begin emailing orders to parties and counsel.
