Rule of Appellate procedure 9.141 Not Applicable When Proceeding Below is Civil in Nature
In Blaxton v. Escambia County Sheriff's Office (1D09-0786) the First DCA denied the petition because "holding that where the proceedings below are civil in nature, the provisions of Florida Rule of Appellate procedure 9.141 are not applicable."
