Rothstein's Forged Eleventh Circuit Opinion

Below is the Eleventh Circuit opinion allegedly created by Scott Rothstein in order to steal millions from a client [see a Miami Herald article here].   The "opinion" was allegedly written by a one judge panel of the Eleventh Circuit, Judge Susan H. Black.  It even has a signature of the Judge which does not match the Judge's actual signature.  Of course, the signature is somewhat irrelevant as Circuit Court opinions are not actually signed by a judge.  Please reach your own conclusions:
