Amount of Fee Award Reversed Because Not Supported By Substantial Competent Evidence

In Trovato v. Trovato (4D08-3627), the Fourth District affirmed an award of attorneys fees, however, reversed because the amount of the award was not "supported by substantial competent evidence and contain express findings regarding the number of hours reasonably expended and a reasonable hourly rate for the type of litigation involved.
