Second District Reverses Order That Denied Attorney the Right to Withdraw

In Hogopian v. Justice Administrative Commission (2D08-5077), the Second District granted a petition for certiorari stating "Because Mr. Hagopian established grounds for withdrawal from the representation in accordance with rule 4-6.2, Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, we grant the petition and quash the circuit court's order."
